Getting Started

Initial Checks, Redemption, Records and Settlement Explained

Knowing the current stage makes it easier to coordinate with support. Golden Earth uses trade groups, with separate stages for the initial check, final redemption and settlement. Here is what to confirm at each point and which terms to agree before submitting cards.

01Before Submission: Agree the Trade Terms

Start with a quote and provide the brand, issuing region, currency, face value, quantity and format. Confirm acceptance, the amount, settlement method, expected timing and how exceptions will be handled. Support then invites you to a trade group.

  • A full card code is not needed for a quote. Submit complete details only as agreed in the trade group.
  • Request expedited settlement before submitting cards and confirm whether it can be arranged.

02Initial Check: Usually About 2–3 Minutes

Receiving card details means they have been submitted. The initial check reviews the card information and status, usually in about 2–3 minutes. Actual handling depends on the circumstances and result. This is not a completion deadline for the whole trade.

If progress is unclear, ask whether support is confirming the details, performing the initial check or handling redemption.

03Final Redemption: Continue Based on Card Status

After the initial check, the trade proceeds to redemption. Passing the first check should not be read as successful final redemption. Timing depends on the card status, check results and support confirmation. Support will explain invalid cards, inconsistent details or other exceptions in the group.

If an exception occurs, keep the confirmed quote and group records. Identify the particular card or group involved, then agree how to proceed before taking the next step.

04Bookkeeping: Match the Record to the Trade

After successful redemption, the bot records the trade and support checks it. Match each card group and agreed amount against your own list. For multiple cards or separate submissions, do not use one running total to infer the status of every card.

What to Cross-CheckWhy It Helps
Card group and quantityIdentify the cards being handled
Agreed amount and currencyKeep separate batches distinct
Processing and settlement stageClarify the next confirmation needed

05Settlement: Follow the Result and Agreed Terms

After successful redemption, bookkeeping and confirmation of receiving details, payout is promptly arranged for the agreed amount and method. Arrival depends on payment-provider processing, network confirmations and platform processing. An initial check or a bookkeeping entry does not mean the funds have arrived. If the expected timing changes, check with support in the trade group.

Progress Check Template

Please confirm the initial-check, redemption and bookkeeping status for this card group. If redemption has succeeded, what are the settlement amount, method and expected timing?

Before submitting a card, confirm acceptance, the current buyback amount, settlement method and expected timing with support.
