Get a Quote
Tell support the card brand, issuing region, face value, quantity and whether it is physical or digital. Support will confirm whether it is accepted and give you a current quote. Full redemption codes are not needed for an initial quote.
Quotes are typically adjusted every 15 minutes to 2 hours. Confirm the current quote for your trade. - 02
Join Your Group
Once the buyback amount, settlement method and expected timing are confirmed, support will invite you to a dedicated trade group where several staff can assist.

Submit Your Cards
In the trade group, submit the necessary card information in the way agreed with support. Before submitting, make sure the terms and the handling of any issue are clear.

Initial Check
Support checks the card's details and status. The initial check usually takes about 2–3 minutes. This is a preliminary check, not completed redemption or a completed trade.

Redeem & Record
After the initial check, the card proceeds to redemption. Once redemption succeeds, the bot records the trade and support reviews the record. Any issue will be explained in the group.

Check vs. Redemption
The initial check usually takes about 2–3 minutes. It does not mean the card has been redeemed or the whole trade is complete. Actual redemption time depends on the card's status and verification results.
Records and Settlement
After successful redemption, the bot records the trade and support arranges settlement on the agreed terms. Request and confirm any expedited settlement before submitting your cards.
